When it comes to ClickFunnels CRM there are a few options available.
Also, It’s important to keep in mind what you are looking for in a CRM software or solution.
Now ClickFunnels CRM has very limited features as ClickFunnels is a funnel building software. There are a few CRM components available.
But, if you are looking for a full CRM solution you may want to integrate with other platforms like;

look you’re going to talk to you about clickfunnels CRM so if you have a
current CRM provider you can pretty much
integrate just about anybody with
clickfunnels so if you’re new to
clickfunnels I recommend you know when
you get started probably you would get
started up on the startup plan unless
you know you want to go straight for the
Edison suite which I’m going to talk
about in a moment but you can add here
click file you can see here I have a
MailChimp I have a convert kit and have
an active campaign account and all I
would do is click here add integration
choose my CRM provider and then when I
click on that it’s going to ask me for
some API key information and all this is
easily gathered from your CRM you just
go into your settings and you’d be able
to pull your API key you copy it in
there and then you’re hooked up and
ready to go and when that’s hooked up in
your software in your clickfunnels
account when you add a submit form which
is just a drag-and-drop right so if I
were to add a submit form here or input
they call it let’s just say here and
select email I need to select what it’s
going to be first it’s automatically
gonna show it as required then I would
just go up to settings go to
integrations and then from here I would
choose my provider and I can select the
action I want it to take I can choose
the list I want it to go to and so forth
now if you are looking for full-on
package then my recommendation would be
to go to the full suite which includes
action attics MD now this is going to
give you more automation tools it’s also
going to give you a messenger bot it’s
going to give you full marketing
automation tools so if you want it to
lie within clickfunnels itself and not
use an outside source then action etics
is the way to go
it has a lot of great features in it
other you know other automation tools
are not going to have for instance it
has a smart list which is able to
separate people based on their actions
and behaviors inside your funnel so how
they interact with your funnel what they
buy within your funnel how they interact
with social media so it’s a very
powerful tool and most people as their
business starts to grow they upgrade and
use this automation feature within click
funnels because it’s designed to work
within your funnels whereas your current
CRM is going to allow you of course to
create automations and still create
basic smart lists but it’s not going to
create the list based on the steps
within the funnel so if that’s what
you’re looking for then I’d recommend
doing the full suite that includes
action etics and I’ll put a link below
